Arbitration and Hybrid Processes
Mike Tedesco teaches Arbitration and Labor Law. Since 1980, he has been in private practice in the field of labor relations representing labor associations and unions. He has considerable experience in both interest arbitrations and grievance arbitrations, having handled more than 500 arbitration cases. Additionally, through his work with organized labor he has been involved in representing clients in 200 labor mediation matters in conjunction with mediators from the Federal Mediation Service and the Oregon Employment Relations Board. Tedesco negotiated numerous labor contracts for public sector employees in Oregon. Prior to being in private practice he spent several years with the Oregon Department of Justice Civil Rights Unit.
