This is a good source of postings of jobs in peacemaking and conflict resolution. Scrolling through past postings will give you a feel for some of what's going on out there. You can also sign on for email notification of any changes to the site so you are aware of when they post a new job.

The Center works in societies emerging from repressive rule or armed conflict, as well as in established democracies where historical injustices or systemic abuse remain unresolved. Internships
The internship component of our Masters degree provides an important part of the scope and depth of the educational experience. We also encourage our students to design it in a way that will provide a bridge to their post-graduate work opportunities.
Our program is regularly forming relationships with potential internship placement agencies. And our students, based on their interests, are also finding new opportunities for internship experience. Internship placements can be local or international. We keep a list of the internship placements of our students to-date that is a resource for new students either as a source for their own internship or to stimulate thinking about other possibilities.

This program does an excellent job of vetting and managing international internships for UO and other OUS students.
The general application deadline for summer internships through this program seems to be January 25th.
